Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Uswaamara.com. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unstitchedunused, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Stitched or customized garments

  • Items damaged or worn by the customer

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Sale items (discounted products)

  • Gift cards


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email with your order number.

  2. Inform us of the reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with the return address.

  4. Send the item back to us in original condition and packaging.

  5. We will inspect the item and process your refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Full refund of the product price will be issued.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider as there may be processing time.

  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items (damaged during shipping)

  • Wrong item sent by us

If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will not be included in the refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Gift certificate will be provided once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • Refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
